Its off in a distant universe. Far, far away from earth and all of its many mirror planets. This planet is far from Earth, Terrain and Element wise, But on there live humans, Nekos, Mermaids, Races from all lands. The five continents, Iyce, Fyre, Rawk, Wynd, and Lyte, all lived in peace, Untill it Happened. on all of the continents, in the center is a big mountian called the spirit well. This spirit well Forever creates Spyrit, diffrent in all continents.
Icye's Well Makes Watyr. Fyre's makes Flame. Rawk Makes Laynd. Wynd Creates Gysts. and Lyte's Created Rays. Between the continents, there is a liquid substance called Darykness, which acts as anti spirit.
Every time someone is born, a part of the spirit well's spyrit enters the body, making everyone ever born on a continent a Positive, or a being carrying Spyrit. When darykness touches a Postitve, the Postitive turns into a Neutral, a bland spirit, carrying neither negative energy, nor postive energy. But in this transformation, a Negative is born. A being made of daryk energy.
Negatives were never a problem. Grouped together sometimes, but never caused harm. That is, untill, It, again, happened. "It" Was the mass transformation called "Dawnbreak", Where a fault opened straight on Lyte's spirit well, the rays creating Negatives by the Thosand. These Negatives took on ranks, Which are...
Negative: A simple negative spirit. Litrally fodder, A Normal person would have a 70/30 chance of beating one
Double Negative: A negative who has consumed spirit in one way, shape, or form.
Captain Negative: Good fighters, one way or another. Never weak, yet never a hassle to stronger fighters
Officer Negative: A negative who was formed in either dawnbreak, or consumed alot of spiryt from Positives.
General Negative: Hard, no matter what. High in the ranks, 97% of them specialize in leading the smaller troops
Black Negative: Fricking A. If any non expirianced fighter comes against one of these, prepare to get totally annihalated. the 3% of generals who think for themselves have a chance Of becoming a black negative. Some formed at dawnbreak.
Royal Negative: Utmost power of darykness jammed into these small beings. every sixth year, the oldest passes on, and a new one is born. There are Six right now, formed into a family. they reside on the castle atop Lytes former spiryt well.
These ranks emerged, and under rule, the negatives actually formed together, trying to take the other continents. Yet, at dawnbreak, something amazing happened. 95% of the rays coming from the spirit well on lyte were consumed instaniously, yet 5% Merged with their dark overtakers, and shot off in all directions, as small Twilight Meteors. These shards loged themselves in humans, or just landed randomly, but any positive who comes withtin 50 feet or so, the twilite almost magnitizes to the spirit of the person, and lodges them in their host. Those people, called the Lighted, Created a special patch, simalar to the ones they wear in the army, Yet this one created specially. The patch uses Spyrit to link It to the Lighted's, or the person with the twilight inside them, Twilight, and allows it to instaniously take on the mutations that a stronger lighted would normally take time to mutate to. Like the Negatives, they have taken up ranks, According to the size of their twilight. Twilight expands when it mutates, so, in coordination, you rank up after a certain ammount of twilight growth. The ranks are
Lighted: A normal twilighted spirit.
Backlighted: Usually a person who's had their twilight for a little while.
Shiners: A good fighter, dosent give up, and is a diligent Twilighted spirit.
Rays: Good fighters, the highest of their command, and can take on commandership of lower ranks
White Rays: Commanders. The highest rank a normal spirit can attain.
Royal rays: The head of the Lighted. What more is there to say? >:]

wait...one qestion, what does that make everyone??? what are peoples ranks? you've only told us levels...does that mean that level two corrosponds with blacklighted and level three with shiners??? then why the hell does my character always pass out dang it!!!!!!!

Yeah, levels correspond with ranks. Levels is a force of habit for me, since i play too many MMORPG's
